The 200 plus existing stores had a very basic guideline package and the brand generally from the exterior to interior varied tremendously store by store. The interior and print materials were left to the affiliates to produce themselves which encouraged deviation from the brand.
The Solution
Franchisor support rapidly created a complete brand standard package and guidelines including exterior signage interior design with the retail furniture package.
This was rolled out within 7 days as a full support package including an on-demand print and external signage and interior fit-out program from floors, construction interior, and retail custom retail furniture package.
